Symptoms
Cannot launch the Libattach configurator to make changes to correct networks issues.
Configurator works fine right after installation of LibAttach. The nex time it is brought up,
the following error is displayed:
Error retrieving LibAttach information from registry:
Access is denied.
Cannot start event logging. The Event Logger GUI shows the following error message when starting the event logging utility:
LibAttach service state could not be
detected. Perhaps it is not running?
