Whenever an Oracle Secure Global Desktop (SGD) admin user logs in to the SGD Administration Console as per:
they may get abruptly logged out while navigating through tabs. The following error is returned on the screen:
FaultDetails: [java.lang.Exception: javax.naming.ServiceUnavailableException: Timed out waiting for a connection.
