Symptoms
Can't connect to the ExPR web GUI using the defined URL.
Web browser can't connect to the ExPR GUI HTTP address.
The ExPR started task shows message XPR0781E is issued.
XPR0781E (QRTD) Unable to locate SIB for this host system (hostname)
