How to fix permissions of tmpfs file systems like /tmp and /var/run

Information in this document applies to any platform.
If a mounted tmpfs(7FS) file system has wrong permissions (e.g. due to failures during system upgrade or administrative mistakes) several different symptoms may occur:
- Non-privileged applications are unable to write to /tmp
Non-privileged applications are unable to open door files in /var/run, e.g.:libpkcsll: unable to open kcfddoor_file /var/run/kcfd_door: permission denied
