Users connecting to Secure Global Desktop (SGD) with Mac OS X clients may report that the extended numeric keypad is not recognized as expected in the remote Windows application session--these keys are recognized only as directional keys--regardless of the NUMLOCK status.
In this scenario, users may confirm that these keys are working as expected locally (to the Mac client) or within Windows application sessions hosted within a native Terminal Services client to the same remote host.
