Symptoms

This document explains why some errors may occur when uploading packages to ops center
library.

Adding or deleting Local Content may take a long time and eventually fail with the message :

"Internal Ops Center Error: There was a problem accessing the OS Update service. Report the error to Sun Support and Services. Restart the Sun Ops Center services on the Enterprise Controller. (35700)"

Detailed error: Error: Cannot check if requested c"  ( 2.x release , truncated message ) or
'Update service is currently busy with some other OS Update Library task(s) and can not process this request. You may need to wait and try again in a while. (35064)'   ( 11g release )
