This document is relevant only for an HSC-controlled ACS containing more than one SL8500.
Symptoms
Error occurs for an ACS with multiple SL8500 libraries
Error occurs for CAPs in libraries beyond the first library (e.g. LSM xx:05, xx:09, etc)
Display LSM output shows the following message:
LSM xx:xx has no CAPs available
Attempting to allocate a CAP results in message SLS2033I
SLS2033I ENTER command rejected. LSM xx:xx does not control a CAP
