Solaris 10 8/11 Hangs on Boot From Hardware RAID 1 or RAID 1E Mirrors On SPARC CMT Systems

After creation of HW RAID mirror using internal disks Solaris 10 8/11 is then freshly installed onto this.

Upon first boot the system will hang during boot like:
