Solaris Cluster 3.x HAStoragePlus Resource Does Not Start or Resource Group Does Not Failover Due to Slow or Hang 'metaset' Command (Doc ID 1367589.1)

Symptoms

Solaris Cluster 3.x can not start services (resources) because of hastorageplus_prenet_start failure. The underlying failure can be caused by a Solaris Volume Manager metaset command taking a long time (several minutes).
