ACSLS - Can't Log In Using SSH RSA Key Authentication With Users "acsss" and "acssa" (Doc ID 1372815.1)

Symptoms

1. Cannot log in using ssh RSA key authentication with users "acsss" and "acssa".  However, user "root" is able to ssh successfully
    when RSA key authentication is used.

2.  Both "acsss" and "acssa" users refused the SSH RSA publickey authentication.

3.  The sshd log shows this error message:  Authentication refused: bad ownership or modes for directory /export/home/ACSSS
