Oracle Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Desktops Failing to Clone Automatically In Pools (Doc ID 1377944.1)

Symptoms

The cloning of Desktops in Oracle Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) Pools fail. Review of the cacao.0 log file shows the following error:

 

FINEST: thr#17 Could not acquire lock set com.sun.vda.service.core.LockSet [setName=3758ef30-97c4-4371-86a1-50f02914b8e9] [ownerType=HOST] [ownerId=ganymede.vdihost.org/10.10.1.35] [lockType=SINGLETON] [lockValue=DaemonJob] violating lock: SINGLETON:DaemonJob

The VDI hosts and the Desktop Provider hosts show normal status as shown in the following command output:
