Oracle Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Desktops Failing to Clone Automatically In Pools

The cloning of Desktops in Oracle Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) Pools fail. Review of the cacao.0 log file shows the following error:
NOTE: cacao.0 log is found in:
- Linux: /var/opt/sun/cacao2/instances/vda/logs/
- Solaris: /var/cacao/instances/vda/logs/
The VDI hosts and the Desktop Provider hosts show normal status as shown in the following command output:
vda instance is ENABLED at system startup.
