Upgrading to Virtual Desktop Infrastructure 3.3.1 from 3.3 Fails, Reports "No Cacao Instance For 'VDA'"

During the upgrade from 3.3 to 3.3.1 on a Linux platform, the upgrade may fail.

Administrators may troubleshoot this behavior by enabling shell diagnostics using the -x command line argument. 

# sh -x ./vda-install

This command will enable verbose output of the install script, which may show the following behavior:

+ printf 'Do you want to configure Oracle VDI 3.3.1 now? ([y]/n) Yes\n'
+ return 0

+ '[' 0 -ne 0 ']'
