Oracle Virtual Desktop infrastructure: "Database Is Out Of Sync" Warning in Cacao Logs After Upgrading To VDI 3.3.x (Doc ID 1380258.1)

After upgrading from Oracle Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) 3.2.x to VDI 3.3.x, Administrators might see warning messages in the VDI cacao logs saying "Database is out of sync", as in the following example:

Some desktops or templates may also no longer be accessible from the VDI environment, resulting in desktop cloning failures or problems with starting new VirtualBox or Hyper-V desktops


This problem is seen after upgrading to Oracle VDI 3.3.x from a previous release.
