Users connecting from Sun Ray Clients (including the Oracle Virtual Desktop Client) with devices running multiple monitors to an Oracle Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environment to display Remote Windows Desktops via vRDP may observe a condition wherein the performance of sessions displayed on the primary monitor is fine, while the performance when the session is displayed on secondary displays is poor.
In this scenario, vdieo playback will be perceived as very choppy, and audio performance may suffer greatly.
