Symptoms

On a Windows 7/10 system, SD VOP fails to Collect Support Logs, Retrieve Dumps/ID/Perm to a File due to folder permissions issues.This can affect retrieval of T10000, 9x40, and LTO (Bell and Dione) files. No transcript files are being created.

This only affects the single drive version of VOP.

Any version of VOP running on a Windows 7/10 Platform.
