Goal
This document describes how to recover offline VRTDs between a VSM and a VLE after a customer network outage.
It's possible that a customer may have a network outage that impacts communication between the VSM IFF cards and the VLE. The VRTDs may go offline with FSC8FEE and not vary back online due to path communication issues.
A ping from the VLE to the VSM IFF card IP address may work but a path validation attempt from the VSM to a target on the VLE will fail.
