Secure Global Desktop (SGD) users may report the auto-logout of their active application sessions when SGD is running in an array configuration.
As a feature, Secure Global Desktop can be configured to log out users after a certain amount of idle time i.e user is log out of SGD if running application sessions have no user input for example, key presses and mouse clicks. This is described in the product documentation, here: http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E19351-01/821-1926/z40005451348214.html#z40000061594420
In a deployment where multiple SGD servers have been configured into an array, it is possible that a user may be incorrectly flagged as idle--and have their sessions prematurely ended--despite active application use.
