Solaris Cluster / Solaris Volume Manager 'metaset' Command Fails to Take Ownership of Disk Set with "failed to reserve any drives" or "Rpcbind failure" (Doc ID 1409175.1)

Symptoms

The Solaris Volumen Manager (SVM) command metaset fails to take ownership of diskset due to "reserve any drives" error , and simple metaset command also shows "Rpcbind failure" as follows.

There is another diskset in the cluster that can be taken (imported).
