Symptoms

The Ops Center BUI and the Grid Control UI list no CPU or other statistical data for the agents once the status has changed to unreachable.     The system is accessible and can be accessed directly via SSH or from the systems console just the agent information is failing to be passed to the Proxy and Enterprise Controller systems.
