Banner Page On Windows Server Prevents Auto Logon from Oracle Secure Global Desktop (Doc ID 1427543.1)

Symptoms

Launching a Secure Global Desktop (SGD) application on certain Windows Terminal Servers results in a banner that must be acknowledged rather than going straight to the application on the Terminal Server as expected.

Changes

The Terminal Services configuration for the server in question has had the 'always prompt for password' box checked.  This feature of Windows Terminal Services is discussed here.
