ACSLS - ACSLS and Unix Command Fail with "cannot execute" or "no such file or address" (Doc ID 1429908.1)

Symptoms

Any command, whether it is an OS command or an ACSLS command, would error out with "cannot execute" or "no such device or address".

User "acsss" cannot list files and directories in any of the root directories (except for the files in /usr/bin or /usr/lib)

User "acsss" cannot view any text files including /var/adm/messages.

The command 'ksh -x rc.acsss' does not output anything.
