ACSLS - Multiple ACSLM Processes Running With Start Up STATUS_IPC_FAILURE Errors

Symptoms
ACSLS was restarted but no mounts and dismounts are running.
The 'ps -ef' output shows more than one ACSLM processes running.
The following error messages were found in the acsss_event.log after ACSLS was restarted:
