HP LTO3 - Solaris 10 - Device Files in /dev/rm/* Not Getting Built (Doc ID 1444180.1)

Symptoms

Reported problem : Device Files are not getting created under /dev/rmt/*

New install HP ESL712e Tape Library with HP LT03 FC drives attached to S10 x86 host. 

"luxadm -e dump_map" can correctly see Tape Devices attached to HBA :
