ACSLS - rdb.acsss Option 2 fails with "not a good SunOS bdb backup" error (Doc ID 1446767.1)

Error message when restoring a backup file from rdb.acsss Option 2 (Restore from a previous tape or file backup):
To recover the ACSLS environment either:
- Mount an ACSLS backup tape in a tape device and
specify this tape device with '-f tape_device', or
- Specify with '-f <backup_file>' the file name of an ACSLS backup.

The ACSLS database and control files will be recovered from the file specified.

Please enter -f backup_file | tape_device : -
f /export/home/backup/bnxsls01/2012-02-23_00:00:00.tar 1909: Error: The backup in
/export/home/backup/bnxsls01/2012-02-23_00:00:00.tar is not a good SunOS bdb
backup from ACSLS 8.0.2. Please try again specifying a valid bdb backup.
