This document is created to help checking settings for virtualized EMC LUNs with mpxio .



Symptoms

Storage Name: EMC /  CX4-480 / Has 4 path between storage and host server.

Host Server: Solaris 10 Update 6 / Multipath software is MPXIO

Chronology of activities:

1. Created new logical unit on array with THIN LUN and RAID LUN
2. mapped logical unit to host
3. tried to recognize / enable logical units form host side via
