Purpose

VirtualBox is powerful Cross-platform Virtualization Software for x86-based systems.  This product allows users to create and run multiple Virtual Machines, running different operating systems, on the same computer at the same time.  Oracle VM VirtualBox is available as Open Source or pre-built Binaries for Windows, Linux, Mac OS X and Solaris. 

As an Open Source product, Oracle offers tiers of support: Community, and Commercial. 
These options are described in detail, below.

This high-level document is intended to differentiate between Commercial and Community service options.
