Users find that intermittently, CDM fails i.e their drives are not showing up in their SGD UNIX application sessions, when Secure Global Desktop (SGD) Client Drive Mapping (CDM) is configured as per:


In failures of this type, the UNIX CDM log (/opt/tta_tem/var/log/clerr.log) on the application server will show:

ribs: ErrTimedOut : The remote server took too long to respond to a request
