Symptoms
SL8500 panels are frozen when initializing HSC for the first time at our DR location.
CDS is brand new and contains no volume information.
SL8500 is populated with volumes.
Message SLS4416E is issued.
SLS4416E Config verification for LSM 00:00 found something unexpected for the following panel(s):
38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49
