Sol10 - Server Hung At Boot After Qlc Patch 146489-05 Install - FCoE CNA QLE8142

Symptoms

System can hang during boot process with the following qlge warning.
When boot is successful, then some commands like cfgadm -alv or even explorer may hang the system.

This issue seems to be related to Qlogic CNA adapters.

The server has installed new "Dual 10-Gigabit Ethernet SFP+ FCoE CNA" SG-XPCIEFCOE2-Q-SR (QLogic QLE8142-SR-SUN)

Changes

Problem started after qlc patch 146489-05 installation.
This issue has been seen on SPARC M8000 and X86 blade system with QLE8142 PCI cards.
