If the library card cage is power cycled, the sub-systems either disappears completely or shows red on the SL Console. This problem is observed with code versions older that 6.xx (4.xx or lower). The HBC/HBT completes their initialization process, however the subsystem (BOTs, elevator, PTPs, CAPs) do not re-announce presence. This results in the HBC not communicating with these subsystems.
