Symptoms

You will see the following FMA message:

Faults with message ID of SUN4V-8002-US

<date> <hostname> AUTO-RESPONSE: No automated response.
<date> <hostname> IMPACT: Some services such as Fault Diagnosis may be degraded as a result.
<date> <hostname> REC-ACTION: Schedule a repair procedure for the Service Processor, or contact Sun for support.
