SL8500 - Result Code 6456 cartLoadLimitAlert Warnings Upon Load/Unload of Media, FSC38D2 in Drive Event Log (Doc ID 1494727.1)

Symptoms

T10000A Drives showing Warnings with RC6456 upon load/unload for some media.

RC 6456 means  : "The cartridge has reached the load limit."

From SL8500 event logs we can see below :
