kkcv and ccv cannot start on legacy Solaris container. (Doc ID 1502992.1)

Symptoms

 On legacy Solaris container, ccv/kkcv can't start and the following error messages are reported to the
console on the container. (In this example, "s8-zone" is the name of legacy Solaris container.)
