Personal Desktops are not load balanced when using local storage.


When Oracle Virtual Desktop Infrastructure is configured to use VirtualBox as the Desktop Provider and the Personal Desktops are using local storage, it is noticed  that the Virtual Box host runs out of space when it is found that all desktops are being hosted on it and not shared to other Virtual Box hosts for that same provider.


Switching to local storage from some other storage solution.
