Goal

 The document gives 2 examples of using resource pools with processors sets and zones or dedicated CPUs to meet CPU licensing requirements.   This is typically for running Oracle databases in Oracle Solaris containers or zones but these methods may be used for other Oracle products that require CPU licensing requirements.
