Goal

By default, auto-failback is enabled in /kernel/drv/scsi_vhci.conf. However, it is recommended as part of
the Oracle Solaris Cluster (OSC) Enterprise Installation Standards (EIS) to disable it.

This document will show how it can be re-enabled with and without rebooting.
