ACSLS - ACSLS x86 server cannot communicate with ACSAPI clients when CSI_MULTI_HOMED_CL is TRUE (Doc ID 1508109.1)

After migrating ACSLS from a SPARC to a X86 server, ACSLS can no longer communicate with the client application.

STATUS_NI_FAILURE errors in acsss_event.log:
