Administrator is Unable to View Desktop Console when Using Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Administration BUI Interface

Users logging into the Oracle Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) Administration BUI as outlined in the Administration Guide, and attempting to view an imported VirtualBox Virtual Machine in a Pool by choosing the "Open Desktop Console" option, may find that the console does not appear.

In this scenario, users clicking on "Connect" will find that a black screen with the Oracle logo in the upper left hand corner appears, then after about 10 seconds the screen goes black and the "Disconnect" button turns back to connect. 

Administrators may find that starting a browser directly on the VDI server to log into and display the VDI Administration BUI will find that the Console DOES displays fine.
