 This document gives details on how to trouble-shoot the AD login authority in Oracle Secure Global Desktop Software (SGD).

NOTE:   Basic Oracle Secure Global Desktop Active Directory (AD) login authority configuration must be in place before attempting the troubleshooting steps outlined in this document.  This document assumes that Oracle Secure Global Desktop AD login authority has been configure as per documentation below.
