ACSLS - ACSLS start up script is hanging

Symptoms

ACSLS start up script is not completing.

ACSLS start up script is hanging.

From the acslh trace, the following request/response transactions are repeated (in a loop):

Changes

 Added new drives to the library. An area of tape slots in one panel was converted to a drive bay.
