Symptoms

 Cannot login to XFM server, or once logged in, XFM is missing servers, storage or network clouds, templates etc...

Changes

 This is encountered when performing an upgrade of XMS 3.x to XFM 4.x or when going from XFM 4.0 to XFM 4.1 or 4.2.
