Goal

When the user is logging into CDE session on console(:0 display), the user gets the dialog prompting the user to
format unformatted media(sdtmedia_format) if USB Flash Drive is attached.
The dialog can be closed without formatting, but some users do not want to get sdtmedia_format on every CDE login.

This document explains how to stop sdtmedia_format starting on every CDE login when Flash Drive is attached to the system.
