The current TIMEZONE information is not correct or needs to be altered for business reasons.
You are using an ODA which uses the Oracle Appliance Kit Stack ( OAKCLI ).

 NOTE: These steps to alter the TIMEZONE will not work for the DCS stack.

Changes

The timezone used on the ODA is not correct or needs to be altered due to new requirements.
The Timezone value currently used needs to be set to a new value.
