Symptoms

This issue could possibly be seen on any T3-x or T4-x servers / blades.
T4-x, Redstate error:

 

In this example this System automatically powered down due to redstate condition, resulting in the following errors seen:

[CPU 0:2:5] ERROR: Redstate trap occurred on node 0 strand 21.
[CPU 0:2:5] ERROR: Powering down due to Redstate

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this kind of issue, users cannot boot disk, cdrom and the server won't poweron.
