Reset Ops Center 12c Solaris repository credentials when Solaris 11 Support Certificate is expired (Doc ID 1521500.1)

Symptoms

The Scheduled Synchronize Oracle Solaris 11 job fails with this error message:

 

Changes

 *** BEWARE - this is prone to significant mis-diagnosis without inspecting 'server.crt' expiration date!

There are MULTIPLE issues that can cause
>> Framework error: code: E_SSL_CACERT (60) reason: SSL certificate problem: certificate has expired

(1) OpsCenter 12.4 "Apache UCE Container" certificate expired 10 years after OpsCenter [EC] installation.
Bug- 35627365 - OpsCenter IPS publisher expired SSL Cert Documentation Gap.
Request PATCH 35627365-v4.zip (to regenerate 'Apache UCE Container certificate' expired on Enterprise Controller)
VERIFY expiration date with command
# openssl x509 -in /var/opt/sun/xvm/uce/etc.opt/server/uce_server/ssl.crt/server.crt -noout -enddate

(3) Missing HTTP PROXY (web proxy) to reach internet
test with '/var/opt/sun/xvm/OCDoctor/OCDoctor.sh --check-connectivity', you must PASS Test#5
