FAULTED or UNAVAIL VDEVs within a ZFS Pool may get SPARED more than once

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Under certain conditions it is possible for a Leaf Virtual Device (VDEV) within a ZFS Pool to be replaced more than once by available SPARE devices within the pool. The situation can only occur if the pool has more than one available SPARE device.
If encountered, 'zpool status' will show a configuration similar to the following example:
Rebooting the host or running the following commands can trigger the second resilver
- fmadm repair uuid | fmri | label
- fmadm repaired uuid | fmri | label
- fmadm aquit uuid | fmri | label
