Cannot Connect To Knowledge Base (KB) due to "Unable to establish SSL connection" Error (Doc ID 1525747.1)

Symptoms

Ops Center BUI can't connect to Knowledge Base even though the following is true:

1) EC is succesfully registered

2) EC is internet connected

3) OCDoctor --check-connectivity is successful: The 4 steps are "OK"

 

NOTE: The "Administration" --> "Enterprise Controller" and the "Edit Authentications" action pop-up window shows a successful authentication validation of the user but the MOS user is absent on the top part of the pop-up window.
