Users Cannot Print from an X Application via Secure Global Desktop Installed on Linux (Doc ID 1526093.1)

Users may report that print jobs initiated from a third tier X11 application are queued but not presented to the client, whereas print jobs initiated from the command line from the same application server are correctly routed to the client, and printed successfully.  

This behavior may be seen on Secure Global Desktop (SGD) installations deployed on Linux servers.   Investigation will show that the undelivered print job remains queued in the SGD server's print queue.
