Users attempting to launch Oracle Secure Global Desktop (SGD) from a browser running on a Sun Ray server may receive a message reporting, "Failed to install SGD client".

In this scenario:


The internal smartcard reader may have been recently disabled on a scbusv2 reader within the Sun Ray Administration Interface.
