Users attempting to launch Oracle Secure Global Desktop (SGD) from a browser running on a Sun Ray server may receive a message reporting, "Failed to install SGD client".
In this scenario:
- Users are connecting via a physical Sun Ray Client, and are running the Solaris desktop before starting Firefox to login to the SGD Webtop.
- Users may find that closing a session and testing with an alternate SGD server in the array may work intermittently.
The internal smartcard reader may have been recently disabled on a scbusv2 reader within the Sun Ray Administration Interface.
