Upgrading failover head on Oracle Open Storage Firmware to version 2011.1.4.0 causes Oracle Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) 3.4.1 to stop cloning images.
NOTE: This version of the firmware is supported as per:
Error messages similar to the following can be seen in the cacao logs:
By default the cacao logs are found:
